"There were bed bugs in our room on 2nd floor as well as the rooms our team were in on the 8th floor. It took us hours to find other rooms for the team we had taken to Charleston to compete the next day. We will not book there again and will not recommend this property. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff, room could use some uodating- room was large but really had no where to sit accept a desk chair and table chair. Could have used and had room for some kind of upholstered chair to sit in."

"The room was very clean except for a little pink mold in the shower corners. The staff was friendly and helping. The air conditioning was loud, but it kept the room cool. I wish there were Kleenexes provided in the room and we could hear anyone talking near our room. The breakfast was okay, but the only fruit was bananas and the one type of muffin offered was awful."
