I used to stay at Caravelle, but after this wonderful experience, my wife and I have decided to make your hotel our preferred choice whenever we visit Vietnam, which is typically four times a year. "We spent 3 nights here on a tour of Vietnam in July 2025. This is not a big hotel and some minor work was still going on whencwe arrived. We had a Junior Suites for 2 adults and 2 late teenage children, which were absolutely fine. Everything was modern and clean as it had just been through a refurb. We tried the spa for a massage on the last day as it had just opened, which was great. We used the rooftop bar on 3 occasions, great service and excellent views across the.city over to the River Saigon. The location of this hotel is superb, immediately opposite Ben Thanh market with so many souvenirs, shirts, etc. Many of the major sites (Imdependence Palace, War Remnants museum,etc) are walkable. The breakfst was very good and the staff could not do enough to help. It was a good hotel but all the staff from the doormen, reception staff, breakfast team, bar staff,.everyone! They made this an excellent stay."

"The team that worked there were really good, a bit of detail needed in some rooms from wear and tear. Nothing major just detailing and a bit more training with the team on how to handle situations. I.E We asked for a certain meal but we got an augomagic response that the kitchen was busy and wouldn’t be able to. Bug the previous it was ok. "

"It seems there is a private pool on each unit. Very inviting pool! Good for small or large groups. "
