"Met all of our needs. Close to everywhere we wanted to go in Southern Pines, Pinherst, and Mid Pines. Close to drive to Tobbaco Road. Seemed like maybe needed a little end of season deep clean (Pillows on chairs, basket of blankets in living room, box on carport with trash and pack of cigarettes, the back porch had not been cleaned before our arrival)but the house is very organized and generally clean. You can tell they take care of the property. "

"Wonderful location, easy communication, extremely comfortable property. We were able to easily access a number of restaurants or cook full meals in the cottage. WiFi was unreliable but our hot spots worked great (we were trying to vacation and not work so didn’t need the WiFi). "
