"The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There were no amenities in the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, lotion) but I was happy to use my own. Staff was courteous and helpful. There was only one staff member on at the front desk who I felt sorry for because of other customers showing rude behaviors towards her instead of asking nicely for assistance. There were no restaurants within safe walking distance. However, driving, within a one mile radius on the other side of the freeway there were multiple choices. There was no breakfast at the hotel in the morning so you would have to go elsewhere to either eat at a sit down restaurant or pick something up. I gave it 4 stars because of the room comfort and quietness but it did lack on amenities."

"We stayed for 4 days & the room was supposed to be cleaned every other day. On the 3rd day of dirty towels, glasses, ice buckets and NO toilet paper we went down to the front desk to complain. They sent someone up with more towels & toilet paper. On the 4th day the room was “cleaned”. The doona was pulled up. No glasses replaced, no ice buckets replaced, no clean towels/linen. Bathroom not cleaned & bed not properly made. So in 4 days someone pulled our doona up once but that was it as far as housekeeping went!!! Apart from this the location is about 20 miles from the west gate to Yellowstone. There are some pay per use laundry facilities at the motel and a small grocery store a couple of miles away. A Mexican restaurant nearby & a basic menu of burgers & salads at the motel. The breakfast was included and was basic but sufficient. The breakfast area only seated 125 people & it was often difficult to find a table. The parking was open air & cost $20 /day which seemed a bit excessive seeing we were in the middle of nowhere. The room was comfortable but overlooked an alley & boatshed."

"This place was a total disappointment!! We arrived very late at night to find things broken, missing, dirty sheets, lack of towels, and the pool was green. Another guest had no water in their shower. We didn't bother staying..just cancelled the room, and had to go search for another hotel, in the middle of the night, in a strange city. The staff tried to be helpful, and willing let us out of any cancellation fees."
