"The beds were so bad we had to sleep on the floor like it was a camping trip from hell. The internet never worked, not even for a second, no matter how many times we complained. "The kitchen was disgusting. All surfaces, cupboards, appliances and utensils were dirty and sticky and it was obvious that none of it had ever been properly cleaned. We have eaten out every day because of it. Also the temperature in the appartement was hot, the airconditioning / thermostate did not work."

"Room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel’s location is ideally located next to Helsinki’s central train station. Everything is within walking distance to this Radisson Blu. Breakfasts were delicious and the hotel had a wonderful sauna for each males and females. I recommend this hotel."
