"Main gripe is paying for parking. Seems ridiculous. Feel like no hotel, honestly, should charge for parking. Some of the interior stuff was a little dated and had a weird configuration, but it got the job done."

"Went with my three kids, ages 5-7 and it was great for them they loved the castle theme and we're enchanted by the decor. Through my adult eyes, everything was outdated and pretty dirty looking. I wiped down everything in the room, especially the bunk beds. We found gogurt wrappers in the tressels (my kids don't eat gogurt). For how much we paid, I guess I was expecting better."

"This was our 2nd time here. Location is great. Parking is easy. Rooms are nice. We've gotten a balcony both times and it's very nice on a warm night to relax on. The pool and hot tub are is great. Brand new loungers and tables. Nice bar for drinks at the pool. We will be back"

"We ended up staying here unexpectedly after missing our connecting flight at LAX, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel was extremely convenient to the airport, and the shuttle made getting back and forth very easy. The room was clean and comfortable, but the front desk service really stood out. The woman who helped us was incredibly kind and understanding of our situation and even went above and beyond by complimentary upgrading us to a suite. After a stressful travel day, that kindness really made a difference. We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely consider staying here again!"

"Everyone from valet to bell hops to check in was great. We always get a corner room the views are great. Didn’t use the pool this trip but highly recommend the breakfast buffet all the staff and food are awesome. 👏"
