" It was a good value to have condo style for our family. The unit was in good shape. It could have used a better supply of kitchen supplies (like knives and baking dishes) and the dryer did not really work. But other than that, we enjoyed our 5 night stay! Walking distance to a cute stream and centrally located, close to many areas in Asheville!"

"Our stay was not great. Valet parking only and not included. No on street parking at all. Tiniest fridge I have ever seen. No microwave. Strong musty odor in our dark room with no opportunity to change to a comparable room and penalized if we left the hotel. Expedia attempted negotiate with the hotel to allow us to leave but the hotel hung up on them twice. "

"The good .The manager on duty was fabulous. The bad. The parking was so horrible and the parking passes wouldn’t work most of the time. The bed was dirty - which they did come and change the lines out. There is no refrigerator or microwave. The room is TINY. The access to everything is impossible because of the need for the room key and it is way more frustrating than you can imagine. We willl not stay here again. "

"I was very pleasantly surprised, and I admit that I'm pretty picky. Eveeything was very clean and comfortable. Exceptional location. The property overall is a tiny bit dated, but actually in a good way if that makes sense? Hot cookies - if you know you know. We are already planning a summer trip so we can enjoy more amenities."
