"We liked the location (out of high commercial area), the freshness of still being new (less than a year old), the modern style, the staff (Kris checked us in & was very welcoming & on our request directed us to a small nearby seafood restaurant that was a hit!), the hot breakfast variety each day but the fire pit by evening was the highlight for us! "When I booked this room, it clearly showed a picture of beach view. Upon checking in, I noticed there was no beach. I asked to front desk clerk, she stated that happens all the time. I then told her that is false advertising and I would like a refund. She then told me she couldn’t do that. There was mold all in the bathroom. This is just unacceptable! I’ve tried contacting anyone, yet no response! "
