"Melissa at the front desk was so helpful. This is a beautiful hotel; gorgeous views from water-side rooms, super comfortable beds, two chairs (a real plus!) and a balcony with small table and chairs. Everything was spotless! Great breakfast area and many choices. Wine, beer, ice cream, candy, snacks available in the lobby. Walking distance to a cajun style restaurant. Best ever Hampton!"

"When scheduling my stay there was an error of 2 days instead of one night. The staff member Glenda was great helping me straighten out the error with Expedia. The morning we checked out she was there and gave great directions and information about where we were headed. "

"The room was filthy. Your feet stick to the carpet. The bathroom was disgusting. Long black hair everywhere which was stuck to the floor with who knows what goop. Clearly, no attempt was made to clean the room before was arrived. Breakfast was just gross. My wife found a long hair in her eggs. Coffee was that nasty coffee concentrate concoction. I rode up the elevator with a delightful woman in slippers, a bathrobe and shower cap. It’s that kind of place. "

"Staff was very nice which is why I will give it a 3 star. Beds are so uncomfortable and an inside pool is advised but was closed. The pool was the reason we chose this place. Breakfast is 16 a piece…way too much in my opinion. Probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again simply for the beds. "
