"Wonderful hotel with great facilities. Nice pools, bars and restaurants. We had an excellent and comfortable apartment with a full kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer. We had a breakfast buffet only on the first morning and it was wonderful, one of the best I ever had. But then someone decided to cancel the buffet and for the rest of our stay gave us ala carte breakfast but with a limited amount to spend. We could get only one meal and a dessert for that amount and had to wait much longer. That was a terrible decision by the management. Another downside is taking a deposit. I gave my credit card, why do they insist on charging a deposit? We had to wait for more than one month to get our money back. Don't understand that hotel policy. So if I summarise, it's a wonderful hotel in an excellent location and with great staff but with some bad rules and decisions by the management."

"This property is huge and beautiful. Many different things to do within the resort, multiple pools, restaurants, sports etc... We were very impressed with the updated rooms and how clean everything was. I would say the only negative was the $30 nightly "parking fee" that was not included. I do not remember seeing that fee on their website prior to booking. Check in did take a bit longer than expected but staff was very nice."
