"I'd give this resort a 3.8 or so out of 5. It wasn't great, but there wasn't anything terribly awful. The Waterpark is pretty decent but nothing crazy. The restaurant at the waterpark closes hours before the waterpark does, so if you want a drink or food, you have to walk all the way to other side of the property. Didn't love that. We also had a few issues with both restaurants with getting charged wrong, orders not going through/food coming out late and were once told we couldn't get food an hour before they closed due to something not working in the kitchen. When we checked in at 3pm or so, we were told it would be hours before our room was ready. So we parked and starting walking to the arcade, only to get a text 10 mins later saying it was ready - meaning we had to walk all the way back to our car, and move it to another garage. So again, nothing awful but a lot of little things. The pools and hot tub were fine, the arcade served it's purpose and the food at Valencia was very good. The market has nice options for food and drink and grab and go as well."
