"We had an excellent stay! We loved having a water view when we woke up. The beach was maintained and gorgeous! My little kids had never been to the beach and this stay was perfect for their first experience! Wonderful memories were made!"

"Pool good but crowded "

"This property is conveniently located to all of the theme parks, Without the hustle of being in the middle of them. The staff was friendly at check-in. Our condo was nice and had a good view of the pool and lake. It was frustrating that our dryer did not work in our condo and housekeeping never came and emptied our trash while we were there for the week. When we checked in there was a bunch of garbage in the hallway outside of our room from another condo and it was still there 24 hours later.. so we had to call the front desk because the hallway was starting to stink. Our condo never had any paper towels or washcloths, and we reached out to guest services for them and never received them."

"The lady in the morning and that checked me in at night was of the most help and kind. The gentleman manager at night could careless that the staff just kept giving away food I ordered from DoorDash to other people on 3 occasions. My only complaint is that and that they don’t keep toilet paper and towels fully stocked. Great property for the price though amazing amenities and 4 minutes from Disney."

"The pictures in your advertisements make things look much larger than they are particularly the pools. The rooms are also very small in comparison to the way the pictures appear in your website. As far as staff and or housekeeping/check-in, etc. we never laid eyes on a person other than when we did in fact check in and then we had to ask questions to find the people we needed. It was not explained to us that if we wanted any semblance of housekeeping, we needed to call and ask for it never saw anyone nor were we ever given any clean linen during our one week stay On a positive note, the room was well equipped with kitchen supplies with the exception of the fact that the coffee filters that were provided were much too large for the coffee pot provided, and therefore coffee grounds were in the finished coffee every time which made the coffee not drinkable it would have been nice to have a central location somewhere to be able to go and actually get coffee in the morning if not throughout the day The couch that is to be a pullout second bed in the one bedroom unit is absolutely one of the most uncomfortable things I have ever slept on while traveling The door to the little balcony is 90% glass, which is wonderful during the day however for the person who is sleeping on that pullout couch in the living room there are lights around the pool as well as on other units that are on all night and the sunrise comes early and is excessively bright"
