"My husband and I booked this hotel for the second time. It is located in the heart of Gaziantep city, and there are many options to shop, eat, and sightsee, but our two favourite aspects of this hotel are the kind and courteous front staff, and the delicious breakfast."

"Their AC in the rooms and the lobby and restaurant seem to go out a lot during the heatwave. Bad time for no air conditioning. The room I had wasn’t properly cleaned each day so I had a dirty bathroom. Great location by the main museum and by a AVM mall. Staff was friendly and helpful. The message lady in the spa did a great job."

"Very comfortable hotel in convenient part of the city immediately next to one or more hospitals. What seems to be the original structure of hotel is very pleasant and welcoming with central open alcove that goes up to top floor so rooms in this section are accessed by open corridors overlooking the central alcove going down to -3 floor the Spa, and -1 and -2 floor meeting rooms.
