Faraway Nantucket

"The room we booked was the least expensive. We didn't realize it was on the first floor in a corner and quite noisy. The A/C went on and off because the thermostat was not working. But the hotel itself was in a great location and had a nice restaurant attached."

"Overall Surprisingly better than anticipated. Staff very efficient and cordial. OD pool was great and small bar was a nice extra. Breakfast set up very good with lots of quiet space if desired. Looked clean and well maintained. Quality of food was mediocre at best. Certainly plentiful but flavor and freshness were missing. Felt like pastries were just run of mill.. possibly once frozen and pretty non de script. beverages service good with many options. FirePits at night are a great addition and kids seemed to love. Certainly a step on motels in area but not quite a full service property. With prices all high in area.. found this to be fairly reasonably priced property for what is being offered. Would consider again if on the area for 1 or 2 nights."
