"We booked the Hotel, called to check on the room as there was a Power outage in the area due to snow.
We were told on the phone the room was ready. We arrived, went to check in. The women a reception informed us "You know we have no electricity, hot water, all facilities were closed.
They were were willing to check us in, noting that there are only lights in the hallways.
How about close the Hotel and halt booking?
Terrible Managment."

"No one to help carry luggage to the room. No room service. Restaurant and bar area very dirty behind the bar. Looks like they never clean the glass doors and shelf’s. Cleaning device eas disappointing. Never gave clean glasses and did not take dirty towels away. Not a very pleasant experience. "
