"booked a garden view room for a lot of money and disappointed when we had a basement cement window view…. help could care less."

"Everything was clean and well taken care of. My only suggestion as a mom traveling alone with a 7, 6 and 4 year old is having bathroom areas directly at pool/water park areas and maybe some wash off stations. Every time one of the kids had to use the bathroom, we all have to get out, get our stuff, go inside to find the closest bathroom. Minor inconvenience but just a suggestion!"
