"Breakfast was a huge disappointment. Reading reviews I expected a little bit more than they had. Not even bagels or toast. The room was clean but this is a place that has the bare minimum in the room. It did seem clean, but I feel like I paid for a much nicer room than I got. This room was not terrible, but I overpaid for it. We’ve stayed at neighboring hotels for similar price and they were much better. "

"Front desk lady was friendly and check in was quick. Hallways were looking a bit worn but room was much better. The big issue was crazy loud room across the hall. Super loud yelling with people going in and out and the door slamming until after 3am. Not much as far as the continental breakfast. Was in better shape when it was Sleep Inn. "

"We stayed here while in Louisville for our grandson’s Special Olympics basketball tournament. The team needed to be at the arena at the same time breakfast was served. A staff member came in early and prepared breakfast so our team could eat before their game. We were all so grateful to her!"

"We’ve had consistently pleasant experiences with other locations, which is why this one stood out for the wrong reasons. The pool appeared to have a noticeable buildup on the walls, which was concerning. Our room was also missing several basic items like towels and covers for the pullout couch bed, which made things inconvenient. Overall, this stay was disappointing, but based on our past experiences, we believe this location is more of an exception than the norm."
