"To be honest was expecting more from this hotel as the reviews and rating was pretty high and given I haven't stayed in this area before, decided to give it a try. But it's a lacklustre hotel. In room dining was poor and we ordered Thai food. The worst was the bed . Super uncomfortable with poor back support which gave us both back aches. After the feedback and request for a firmer mattress they came back with a wooden board to be place ON TOP of the mattress. Horrors! I put it down to back communication and then asked for a room change which also took some time but it wasn't much different. I DONT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE "

"Feels like a college dorm. Super basic. Centrally located inside Jewel terminal. Perfect for a reset after a long flight layover. Expensive for a bare basic room."
