"The entire staff (owner, management, front desk, servers, bell hop, and housekeeping) was outstanding. Everyone extended a warm welcome and treated us like family and friends for our entire stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and convenient. I loved sitting on the beach and watching the playful, white Longtail birds The beach is a 2 minute walk from the rooms, so there is no waiting or scheduling a shuttle. We have stayed at 5 resorts in Bermuda, and The Reefs is our favorite. We cannot wait to go back again in March. "
"This is a lovely property that has all basic features and amenities for a casual comfortable stay. The location is out of this world-overlooking the ocean with just steps down to a secluded beach that feels almost like a private beach. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating.
