Relax in this calm, historic and cosy flat set within a grade 2 listed building with everything you would need for a comfortable stay.
The flat is located in the very centre overlooking the historic market town of Southam, and only 20 minutes drive to the beautiful castle at Warwick or historic Stratford Upon Avon, or 15 minutes drive to Royal Leamington Spa. It would be a perfect resting place if you are travelling for work. The flat sleeps 4 with 1 king size bed and a sofa bed in the lounge.
The space
Spacious living room with U shape large sofa bed, 50 inch smart TV, 2 person dining table dedicated workspace with desk, chair and shelving and free fibre wifi upto 32mb
The bedroom is a good sized double bedroom with king size bed, bed side table with lamp and quiet views to the rear.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a kettle and toaster, microwave, oven, hob, utensils and cutlery.
Washing machine with dryer rack, iron and ironing board.
Tea, Coffee, Sugar and 1 pint of milk is provided for your stay.
