This neat two-bedroom unit sleeps up to five guests and is conveniently located within walking distance of all local amenities. The property features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, well-equipped with modern appliances to ensure a comfortable stay.

Guests can enjoy access to the shared pool and BBQ area, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. A fully equipped shared laundry is also available for your convenience. While there is no access to the lock-up garage, parking is available in front of the garage with ample space for a boat.

Additional features include ceiling fans, outdoor furniture, a refreshing shower, a swimming pool, and a television—everything you need for a relaxing getaway!

Please Note: 'Cameo Court 7' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.

As linen is not supplied in this holiday letting, you will need to bring your own (sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths). You also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.
