"I had one of the rooms that hadn’t been refurbished and my first impressions wasn’t great. There was condensation running down the windows upon check in, 3pm, the very transparent curtains were hanging off their runner, which I had to do a quick make do , by tying the hanging string around the track to save them from drooping! Plus my room was at the very back over looking the car park and a generator with an extremely frustrating hum kept me from having the sleep I desperately needed before my 5 hour drive home the next day! This all being said, I was refunded my money after stating the above. Will I return, probably not, due to once bitten, but they do do a mean sticky toffee pudding!! ☺️ "

"Lovely comfortable, clean room with good quality tea/coffee and an amazing sea and town view. Breakfast was delicious with tasty fresh food. Ample parking. The staff were equally amazing. Can't wait to visit again "

"Fabulous accommodation in Seaton. Large, spacious apartment in an ideal location close to all the amenities. Easy check in and check out. We stayed for 3 nights. Didn’t have to use the car. Everything you need is within walkable distance. Highly recommend Coast Restaurant at the bottom of Sea Hill. Great walks too."

"Great location just a few yards from Seaton seafront and right in the heart of the town centre. A few free parking spaces for guests on site. Check-in was friendly, the room (5) was clean and functional, with a decent TV, tea and coffee and a small shower-room. Could have done with a small table and chair. Breakfast was very good, cereals, juice and coffee, plus a variety of hot breakfasts cooked to order. Shame that they were not serving food in the evening, but plenty of other places within walking distance."

"This is the perfect house for a holiday in Beer. It is perfectly positioned to eat, drink and relax. The house was clean and and warm. A very short walk to the beach. We will be back. Thank you."

"A beautiful home, perfect for a family escape. The open plan living was fantastic - being able to remain social and connect whilst members of family are doing different activities (cooking, tv, playing pool) was wonderful. Being able to see the sea every morning (and horses grazing in the opposite field) was beyond special. Beer itself is a gorgeous fishing village to explore. Cute cosy pubs, independent shops selling fresh and local produce and a breathtaking shingle beach to explore. A true home away from home, but better."
