"Nice resort and good location! The only thing i was not satisfied was checking in and out that took too long! I had to wait til 400 pm to check in the room since it wasn’t ready and when checking out, there was only 1 staff member working behind the front desk with a long line of customers."

"Wife and I had an amazing time at the resort, we stayed in a deluxe pool villa. Room was incredible, super private and very upscale. Resort was clean, staff were great! Only downside is that if you are staying for a week, you may get a little bored as the Island itself does not have a ton going on. If relaxing is your goal, this is the place!!! pro tip, skip the massage on property and walk less than 100' down the beach, they are a third of the price @ 400 baht for full one hour beachside massage."

"Rooms: we had 2 rooms. Both renovated, clean and spotless. Hotel: little bit outdated. It shows it's age. Staff: really really nice, helpful, polite, ready to make your holiday comfortable. Fan, the gym instructor, was so friendly Pools: well maintained and clean Garden: well maintained Food: breakfast amazing. Options for meal and dinner. Suggestions: corridors and the building can do with a renovation. There are lots of kids around the pool. Having more activities/competitions/entertainment in the pool for kids and even for adults would make the trip memorable. Overall: Recommending this hotel unless you are expecting to see expensive decor and facade"
