Crockett Hotel
It's a historic hotel so don't expect the same as a brand new hotel, but room prices are more reasonable and still comfortable. Tavern downstairs was excellent, very convenient. Park at Convention Center for $10 per night and save valet fee.

The room was clean, they had all the essentials for the room, and the parking was easy to access. The activities throughout the day were great. Everything was about as clean at I would expect from a place costing $100/night. Parking was good, the pools were nice, and beach access was decent.
