"Room was clean. The only reason staff did not get 5 stars is we had a very long wait to get our umbrella by the ocean. No one else was before us but it took quite awhile and we had to go ask 3 times if it was up which it was not. Breakfast was delicious. This hotel was the best one we stayed at during our whole trip. "

"Rooms were great! Very convenient as we were working Night in old San Antonio. Staff were good and busy navigating a new operations system which was difficult but they remained very responsive and helpful! A wonderful stay overall and will return!"

"Room was not as clean as we would have expected. Sink and tub drains were not working properly, Hotel Engineering worked each twice. We still had the same issue throughout the entire stay. Overall, hotel could use an interiors upgrade. However, great location, advantage walkability to most major stops in downtown San Antonio."

"The room itself was clean but the bathroom was horrible. I don’t know if it just got missed but it looked like months of neglect and mold starting to grow. Also the Wi-Fi almost never worked, and from the number of hotspots I saw, it wasn’t just me. The beds were soft, breakfast was great and the staff were wonderful!"
