"Our room was clean, but a bit outdated. The beds creaked when you moved, the pillows were flat and our window had had a gap in the weatherstripping, causing temp changes. The balcony was super small and tough to sit without being met with the super-hot heat off the ac exhaust. A limited view of the beach. All the staff was very nice and overall customer service was great. The breakfast was good, but we had to wait for food to be refilled. I wish there were more food options.
Our biggest issue was the pool area. The pool was very dirty, crowded and reeked of weed. The pool area was very outdated with items crowding the grounds to walk around creating tripping hazards.
The stay was ok, but would not stay here again. The name states resort, but we did not get resort vibes."
