"When checked in the staff was very friendly and it was a easy check inn. There were a few minor maintenance issues with the room, and they offered to have maintenance take care of it right then. I declined the offer for maintenance because the issues were very minor. The rooms looked liked they have been remodled or kept up in excellent condition. It is a gated property with guest parking and with class a truck parking lot in front. Dennys restaurant is literally next to there parking lot...

"The house is in a safe area, located near the iconic Land Park in central Sacramento. There is convenient access to Hwy 5. The house is very well equipped with obvious female touches. Very functional IKEA- like furniture but comfortable. The only difficulty I had was getting location information from the owner to direct my friends from Lo Angeles. "
