"The breakfast menu was decent .The bath towels were clean . The room/ hotel condition was very poor . We had to ask for a room change because the first room had a very strong smell of smoking . The room we were given next did not have the smoke smell but had a musky smell , had to open the window to make it tolerable . The bed sheets didn’t feel like they were cleaned ones . Parking was fine . The breakfast room staff was nice . "

"The bed was comfy and the staff was nice, when they were not smoking in the stairwell. The room had mold on the bathroom corners. There were multiple unpainted patching on the walls. There were random hooks and hardware on the walls. The couch and chair were stained. The bed skirt was unwashed, but at least the sheets and towels seemed clean. The exercise room was purely ventilated and had a fire alarm sounding because the battery had died. The tread mill had a tare in the tread. I have stayed at several Quaity Inns and expected a much better experience. This was the worst one i had ever seen. For some reason it had a7.5/10 on Expedia... certainly did not deserve anything better than a 4."

"I did not actually stay in the room. I paid for the room for my son and daughter-in-law. We drove from Florida to Roanoke, Virginia to visit my sister and her family. I stayed with my sister. She only has one guest room. I can only tell that my son and his wife were happy with the accommodations. We got an ADA room as my daughter in law is handicapped. She said the roll in shower was wonderful. I was only at the hotel for check-in. I checked in online prior to arrival, so the check-in went quickly. The hotel lobby is beautiful. Parking seemed to be a little tight. I gave an excellent rating because my son and his wife are used to Disney Resorts, so their standards are high. If it had not been a great stay, they would have voice their opinion for sure. The hotel was within 5 minutes of my sister's home. That made the traveling for the kids to and fro much nicer."

"Clean large updated rooms. property was under remodel when I stayed but I’m sure it will look great once finished. I wasn’t impressed with breakfast, extremely limited so that is something that definitely should be improved. Lots of parking space."

"This is a brand new hotel and they are still completing the restaurant. Our room was very comfortable with very high ceilings and celestory windows. The hotel is conveniently located and within walking distance to restaurants and other attractions."
