Perhaps leaving brief instructions on using TV in living room (i.e multiple user accounts) would benefit some guests, however I didn't personally use the living room tv. Good location, close to beach, and hosts are communicative and prompt in responding. Paid a bit more than I usual do, for 1 night, but needed a place last minute and the location won me over for the moment."
