This beautifully appointed residence offers panoramic views of the South Padre Island skyline with 3 patios, 2 beachfront 1 bayside.
Massive floor-to-ceiling windows cover entire beachfront view with 18 to 25 foot ceilings throughout - all flooding the space with natural light, a true feeling of prestige, all highlighting tastefully done interior finishes and spacious open layout.
Whether you're sipping coffee at sunrise or enjoying a glass of wine as the island lights shimmer at night, the view never gets old.
Our Penthouse has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
The master bedroom features a king size bed with likely the largest en suite bathroom with both a jetted tub and walk in quartz shower. The walk in closet could be a bedroom due to its immense size, truly huge
The second bedroom features a king size bed with a half bath this bedroom also has a private 2nd entrance to the penthouse for those wishing to venture out a bit later or earlier, affording the ultimate in privacy.
The 3rd bedroom features two full size beds with an en suite full bathroom featuring white quartz & tile.
The condo has a walkthrough oceanside one off living one off master bedroom and bayside balcony with stunning views of the South Padre Island Skyline, fireworks, causeway bridge, and the bayside has a built in gas grill for guest use
This wonderful space features a truly open concept kitchen that is all free flowing to two sitting areas & living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all pots, pans, dishes, etc to enjoy home cooked meals to create conversations & memories. Full sized stainless appliances all around including an additional wine fridge. Enjoy a stunning view from this south tower unit as you are in the kitchen form the oversized picture window with a shot all the way down the Island that is unrivaled on South Padre Island

The maximum allowed guests count is 8 in unit 2901 in the south tower & cannot be exceeded at any time due to its exclusivity.
This property is located next to the Margaritaville resort but far nicer & more exclusive. Best location on South Padre Island on the south end close to the entertainment district. Walkable to Sea Ranch Fine Dining in marina, Russo’s Italian, Kohnami Sushi, Tropical smoothie cafe, & Johnny Rockets.
The space has a full sized washer & dryer though (we do not provide detergent/dryer sheets FYI)
It is worth noting that we manage multiple luxury condos at Sapphire - inquire prior to booking if you wish to book more than one condo. Inquire about off season & longer stay discounts, as well as active military & vet discounts.
We do provide coffee, creamer, and sweetener + decaf + tea - as well as a starter pack of hand soaps, dish soap, trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels new and starters of toilet paper, non stick cooking spray as well as Salt & Pepper - though not unlimited and not replenished. All fresh towels and linens are also provided.
We operate as South Padre Island Trips the best property management company on the Island at 2600 Padre blvd and do answer phones 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
We have tried to install every possible thing a family could want to the best of our ability to make this a great place to enjoy this house close to the beach.
Don't forget - beach gear (I don't provide as so messy) You can reserve beach chairs/umbrellas and/or a poolside cabana at an additional charge thru Sapphire’s front desk & concierge services
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that - it is not a reason for a cancel, refund, nor reimbursement. Please arrive prepared with an enabled hotpot on your cellular device if you have critical work to complete. The Smart TVS you can watch using whatever your favorite app is – we do not provide cable TV.
We require to maintain our City of South Padre Rental License a signed rental agreement you must esign prior to arrival to be checked in therefore you must provide your email address.
NOTE: Minimum age of primary tenant is 25 years old. There is no exception to this. This property has a 3 night minimum stay requirement, and there are not exceptions. OCCUPANCY: In March The Primary Renter must be 30 years of age or older, as verified by a government-issued ID and accompanied by only members of their immediate family. For purposes of renting during these times, “family” is defined to include only members within the first degree of consanguinity or affinity (e.g., parents, grandparents (including in-laws), and children). (Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews, or nieces are NOT considered immediate family.) No two families can share a condo. The front desk will NOT allow check-in if the renters do not meet these requirements.--
Sapphire has additional required documents to check in which we provide to you via docusign and are 100% required to check in. Refusal to sign the rental agreement, provide a valid photo ID and/or complete the Docusign sapphire guest information prior to check in is not a reason for a refund. An electronic key card is required enter the property which you will receive after the primary guest shows their ID at front desk.
For this 3 bedroom, 2 vehicles will be issued permits & there is both covered garage as well as surface parking. A golf cart is considered a vehicle . No additional permits nor spaces are available for purchase or otherwise.
Additional free parking is available along Gulf Blvd a City street though not guaranteed and not very close. /
We provide a queen sized airbed with pump as well as there is a full sized couch (please bring bedding if you plan on using).
Unauthorized / non registered guests are NOT allowed. A baby and/or infant is considered a person in the State of Texas and included in total allowed maximum guests. Get togethers NOT allowed nor unregistered guests in pool area.
Animals of ANY kind are prohibited at this property. Guests with service animals need to contact us for alternative accommodations as this property HOA prohibits them completely
Loud noises are NEVER permitted including music. Complex quiet time is 9 pm to 9 am. Pool is open 9 am to 9:00 pm including outdoor hot tubs (if applicable) BBQing on property is not allowed unless otherwise) This is a non smoking property including in unit, patio, and common areas like pool. Hosting of events and/or parties is never permitted at this exclusive property.
Please - we re state read all house rules prior to booking & arrival so you have a great experience! The daily resort fee fol approx $57 IS INCLUDED in your grand total - however, for our monthly guests of 30 days or more this fee is manually reduced to a flat $250 charge AFTER you book
