This coastal retreat offers a spacious and bright condo with beautiful decor and furnishings. You’ll be in Solare Tower, inside one of the biggest beachfront properties on the island, with resort amenities, like pools, hot tubs, sun deck, tennis, pickleball, playground, walking trails, and lush garden grounds!
The Space: Time to relax and restore your Spirit in your new favorite beach getaway home. You’ll have an astonishing view of the bay/ocean and enjoy some of South Padre Island’s breathtaking sunsets from the comfort of your private balcony.
Our condo is luminous and stylish and offers an ideal vacation stay! You’ll have a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare meals. There’s a convenient breakfast bar for a quick snack or coffee. For a more formal sit-down meal, there is a plush dining table that seats six comfortably. After your beach and pool adventures, unwind on the living room sofas and watch your shows or a movie on the flatscreen Smart TV with cable.
When it's time to rest for the night, you’ll have three plush and comfortable bedrooms, all with sleek ensuite bathrooms and Smart TVs! You can accommodate eight guests. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, office desk and chair, and access to the private balcony. Bedroom two features two queen beds, and bedroom three has two single/twin beds.
The condo also has good WiFi, a private washer and dryer, so your clothes are always fresh, quality linens, towels, beach towels, shampoo, hairdryers, and 2 car parking spaces onsite.
The beach and ocean are only seconds away. Take long walks down the street and try the beach bars, go solace in the sea or the two large pools onsite, each with a hot tub! Solare Towers inside Bahia Mar has so much to offer for everyone in your group.

You're just steps away from the beach for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports, and local gems like Blackbeard's for seafood or shopping at Padre Island Plaza. Enjoy island activities like bird and sea turtle watching, beach four-wheeling, horseback riding, and exploring the Laguna Madre Nature Trail.
Getting Around: The nearest international airport is Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), which is about 27 miles away. You’ll have parking onsite at the complex. Walking around the island is fun, too!

- You’ll be on the 7th floor. There is an elevator, but in the unlikely event the fire alarms sound, you’ll be required to walk down the stairs. - Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book, and someone 21 years of age or older must be present during the entire stay. - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in. - All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted. - The rental includes electricity (internet, air conditioning, etc.), use of the common area swimming pool, and two parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on-site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed on the property for an extra fee, but no RVs or motor homes will be allowed. - BBQ grills are available in the designated “Palenque” area and are perfect for an outdoor meal with family or friends. The two-burner grill is $40, and the four-burner grill is $50. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE ALARM. There is an $800 charge for tampering with it. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - Pets are not allowed at this property. - Our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests. This includes respect for the Resort/HOA rules and the pool and common area rules and hours. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction from the property and a fine.
Interaction with Guests: Once at the complex's entrance, give your name to Security. They will provide you with the keys, wristbands and parking passes. You’ll be required to wear your wristbands during the entire stay.

Adequately furnished, good washer and dryer, big fridge, balcony over looking the bay for nice sunsets, close to the turtle rescue and birding nature center. Very excellent and responsive management/maintenance team.
Nice apartment on the seventh floor, with a view to the Padre Boulevard and bay. Just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the beach and the apartment, even though we found cockroaches in the apartment as soon as we arrived. The host told us that he'd send somebody to spray the apartment the next day, but that never happened during our stay. Some members of our family were not happy with the cockroaches, and the ineffective solution of the host.However, all of that did not prevent us from enjoying the various conveniently located restaurants, stores, beach bars, pools, and the beautiful beach so near to our apartment.

Great location and property; Unit needs TLC
We stayed in a condo in the tower and it has all the potential in the world to get a great review from your future renters with a little TLC. Some of the issues we encountered:- Lights in 2 bathroomes went out mid-stay; 1 was out upon arrival- No replacement garbage bags for kitchen (felt stingey)- 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for 5 days seems inadequate- No coffee maker in until until Saturday night and after several days of messaging to the onsite team- Living room furniture and pillows need a cleaning. They feel dirty/greasy and smell dirty- the TV is difficult to figure out- We were visited by 1 cockroach (yes, it's Texas, so it goes with the territory)- The lock on one of the bedroom doors does not work. You will lock yourself out of the room when you close the door, and the lock appears to have been broken into previously. Our daughter locked herself out. We figured out how to open the door (pro tip - use a wine cork screw and insert into the broken lock to unlock). This would be extremely dangerous for anyone travelling with small children or grandchildren who could easily lock themselves in the room. A little TLC on this unit will go a long way!
