FULL AMENITIES INCLUDED. Step into a world of relaxation and carefree fun when you rent our beachfront condo. We added all the personal touches to make it feel like an upscale home, and not a rental. This 11th floor ocean front retreat has an extra wide balcony with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and gorgeous sunset views over the Bay that will take your breath away. We offer seating for 8 on our balcony that includes a bar height dining set (awesome unobstructed view above the railing) & contemporary and comfortable patio furniture.

With our condo you won’t have to spend your vacation $$ on toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, laundry soap, spices, condiments, coffee, sugar, cream, books, games. Yoga mats, beach supplies (see below) separate bath & beach towels- we provide everything not included with other rentals.

We have upgraded everything and added all the modern amenities. Raised platform king bed (so you can wake up and enjoy unobstructed views ABOVE the railing), platform queen beds in the guest bedroom, and brand new leather sofa bed with queen memory foam mattress. Our fully equipped kitchen is newly remodeled with stainless steel appliances, Keurig & traditional coffee makers with coffee included. You’ll enjoy luxe bedding and towels, new tiled flooring all throughout, ceiling fans, Nest thermostat, brand new flat screen smart TVs in each room, (Roku, Hulu, Netflix etc) Blue Ray DVD player on each TV, full pressure massage shower heads, brand new blackout curtains and blinds, free 5G Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Google Home in living room, Alexa in bedroom, power banks for your devices, tennis rackets, boogie boards, beach toys, balls for basketball and volleyball, umbrella and beach chairs with a beach wagon, cooler bag, and beach towels are all provided. We have a W/D in the condo with laundry detergent included. Again, We have even provided amenities such as hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Just grab your swimsuit and go!

THE RESORT
The resort includes 6 foot deep pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and children’s playground with large grassy area, assigned covered gated parking, private boardwalk to the beach and air-conditioned elevators with panoramic views.

EXTRA AMENITIES
Parking is available for one vehicle in the covered parking area, and plenty of uncovered parking for extra vehicles. There are grocery and luggage carts provided. Upon arrival, easily access your vacation home with a keyless secure door code. Your rental will be clean and ready for you to enjoy.

THE LOCATION
There is so much to do, once you get here. You can rent a golf cart to explore the island, or walk to one of the many area restaurants, stores, coffee and souvenir shops located within 8-15 minutes from the condo. The island offers jet ski rentals, , horseback riding, boat rentals, sand castle lessons, kite surfing, parasailing, Turtle sanctuary, fishing & much more!

ATTN Spring Breakers: This complex will accept reservations only for families. No Spring Break activity will be allowed to the risk of eviction without REFUND.
