"Nice property but over rated over priced for what they offered between resort fees then having to pay extra to use resort amenities. "

"Parking was fine. There was no kitchen, only s mi crowave sitting on a small refrigerator in a closet with the hot water tank. And a coffee maker you could put on the microwave to use if you unplugged the microwave because there was only one outlet."

"Nice place but to have to buy Kleenex as there were 4 left in a box and toilet paper we have never had to do. It’s those small things that do make a difference. We also were unable to use the tv. It was nice but just ok"

"Quick but wonderful stay"

"Clean property, entrance was difficult to find on maps and property appeared old on the exterior but the inside is very neat and well-decorated. The provided snacks and utilities are good, and the area overall has a great vibe. The only (minor) issue is with the parking, which is a bit away from the property location and needs to be paid for. Other than that, everything was good!"

"This was the perfect place for our 5 night mother daughter get away! The condo had everything we needed; comfortable beds, plenty of towels, a well equipped kitchen stocked with thoughtful items like seasonings, cooking spray, coffee filters, a toaster and any cookware we needed! We used the beach cart with the chairs, beach towels and umbrellas that were provided every day! It’s a short walk to the beautiful Lido Key beach and an easy walk to St Armand’s Circle, where we found amazing restaurants and shops! We easily Ubered over to Sarasota too! The host was super friendly and accommodating and we hope to return some day. We highly recommend this property!"

"Kitchen is limited supplies, air conditioner is not adequate on an 85 degree day but we spent most of our time at the beautiful pool. You cannot walk to a beach as it was destroyed on 2024. Beach towel are old, cob webs in rafters, only 4 loungers by pool, some TVs did not work but we will tell you all were minor distraction as we were able to spend every day poolside."

"House was perfect. Everything was clean and everything worked as it should. Host manager was very responsive and gave great detail and went above and beyond to made sure the house was set up perfect for us when we arrived. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and pool. All around was an excellent experience. We look forward to booking another stay when we are back in the area. "
