    Overlooking the wooded property grounds, your four-bedroom with loft townhome boasts vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, and a modern, open layout. The full kitchen is well-equipped for prepping your favorite recipes, and there’s plenty of space to gather for mealtime, board games, and puzzles between the living and dining areas. Step out on the balcony for a breath of fresh mountain air anytime.





    COMPLEX AMENITIES

    Enjoy access to Lakeland Village's private beach, pools, hot tubs, lakeside barbecues, sauna, and fitness center—amenities that are private to the Lakeland Village community and available only to guests and owners. These spaces are shared, meaning they are not exclusive to this individual unit.





    Things to Know

    Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

This condo was beautiful and in a perfect location on Lake Tahoe. The condo was clean and had nice, updated furnishings. The ammendities at the complex were great- used the pool, lounge chairs on the lake and the fire tables at night Would highly recommend a stay at this condo.

Lake Tahoe Paradise

The unit was obviously newly remodeled and was spotless upon our arrival. Bedding/Towels were in abundance. Kitchen was fully stocked and a team member from Vacasa did send over a new blender since there wasn’t one in the unit after being told there was. Despite some incorrect information provided by Vacasa, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
