Live like a local in South Lake Tahoe from Cedar Pine Cabin. This updated dog friendly Tahoe home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by tall pines. Newly remodeled kitchen and baths, including heated floors throughout. You will feel right at home as you enter the main living space with a plush living area, fireplace, smart TV, and a sofa sleeper. Adjacent is the casual dining area, breakfast bar, and fully-equipped kitchen. Just off of the great room is the private balcony with a natural gas grill. And when you’re ready for a little competition, take a seat at the two player multi-video game table for some friendly fun.

This home accommodates up to 8 guests, with a maximum of 6 adults. Children under 13 are welcome within the 8-person total. Parking for 3 cars, 2 in the garage, and 1 in the driveway. These rules apply 24/7.

This large backyard is perfect for lounging, kicking around a ball and playing chase with your furry friend. The whole gang can have a delicious BBQ amongst the pines.

From Cedar Pine Cabin it is just a short walk to the beach, a quick drive to Heavenly Ski Resort, and is close to an array of shops and restaurants. In the Summers, you are also close to Live at Lakeview, a local music and arts series that occurs every Thursday.

The chef of the group will love this recently remodeled kitchen. Complete with french door fridge, microwave, gas oven and 4-burner stove, and not to mention brand new granite countertops with stool-seating for 6 at the breakfast bar! The whole family can gather around while the chef puts on a show! The kitchen opens up to the living area, with a large family dining table (seats 8) joining the two.

And when you’re done with a long day of Tahoe fun and ready to crash, you’ll have 3 cozy bedrooms to choose from. The primary suite is located upstairs, featuring a king sized bed, 56” Smart TV, and ensuite bath. The primary bathroom features dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a tub. Also on the upstairs floor of this home, you will find a half bath in the hallway. Downstairs, there are two more bedrooms. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and 44” smart TV. Bedroom 3 features a twin over queen bunk and 44” smart TV. In addition, there is a second family room on the ground floor, so everyone can spread out and relax.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).

Great home near skiing and the lake.

The house was extraordinary. The property management team was Uber responsive and tried to resolve our issues. We will definitely consider staying again.
