Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I was told that check-in could not be accommodated earlier than 4:00 PM because the property needed additional time to ensure a high-quality guest experience and that all accommodations would be fully prepared. Unfortunately, that was not the case.When we arrived, both the propane fire pit and the patio heater were completely out of propane, making those amenities unusable. I immediately contacted the management team and was told that someone could come the following day. However, I had specifically booked the property with the expectation that all advertised amenities would be available during my stay, not after a day had passed.To avoid losing access to these amenities, I offered to purchase the propane myself if they would reimburse me. They agreed to this arrangement, but despite that promise, I never received a refund.The lack of preparation, failure to provide the advertised amenities, and unfulfilled reimbursement commitment made this a very disappointing experience. I expected much better service and accountability.
