"From the time we booked and all the way through our stay we had lots of questions and Christina was right there to answer them. We stayed during a blizzard so we couldn't be outside but we found plenty to do inside. Christina provided extra chairs and tables so we could play games. We had our family Christmas and we had everything we needed. Some of our family went ice fishing right off their shore. Christina's husband John offered advice about the fishing. We didn't catch anything but we had fun trying. John also helped dig us out on our last day. The place is by no means new, but she's got character!!!"

"The apartment was very nice, but we did not appreciate having to buy the damage insurance. We have always treated places we have rented in the past as if they were our own. We clean up after ourselves and have never damaged anything. We didn't think we should have been required to purchase that expensive insurance for a two day stay."

Enjoyed our days playing on the water and nights around the bonfire star gazing. Great location to escape with nearby Richmond and Cold Spring for groceries or places to dine. "We found this gem when looking for accommodations for family that were coming from out of town for a funeral in Willmar. There were 4 couples and multiple young adults and children, and we all had a bed, bathroom and privacy for a great price. The large indoor open spaces and backyard firepit were great for everyone to gather, unwind, and hangout. The host was great with answering my many questions within minutes. The cabin was as listed, we had all necessities and the listing was accurate in what was available."
