Beautiful recently renovated Victorian beach house mansion set on a former nursery on 1.25 acres, walking distance (3 blocks) from a private white sand beach, in the heart of long island wine country. Outdoor deck with indoor hot tub off off deck. Luxury mattresses and comfortable bedding for a restful nights sleep. 1.2 fenced in acres with fire pit and hammock.

Wonderful stay!

We were in the area for a family wedding at the Jedediah Hawkins Inn, which is just up the street. The house is beautiful and the location is lovely, too. Thank you!

Beautiful and Perfect for us

The house is as described with beautiful views out of all windows. The property is expansive and exceptionally well maintained. It’s a perfect location in Jamesport. The owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would easily stay there again.

Group Trip!

I recently got married in Jamesport and rented the house for some guests from out of town. They had a great stay! The house is clean, spacious, and convenient! Sabatino was great to work with and made the process easy. If you are looking for a beautiful and comfortable place to stay on the North Fork with plenty of space— this is the house for you!
