"Overall, this stay was good. When we first arrived, the room was clean and the check-in process was seamless. The front desk staff was very warm and inviting and told us about things going on and available at the property. The restaurant on site is very good. I’m still thinking about the hairloom tomatoes that we ordered with our lunch. This resort is family friendly, but there was a very upbeat and lively atmosphere. Pool day went well. You have to get there early if you want to get a free seat, but we ended up reserving a space so that we could enjoy. There was a small issue with the hot water in our room, but it was taken care of very soon. We also requested more robes and it seems like they were there 10 minutes later. We did order on Instacart and that process was even smooth as they have a place for things to be delivered. The bar area did not disappoint. The drinks were strong and were worth the money spent. The pick up area for Uber and the drop-off area is well defined, and although there was a conference there with a lot of people, we did not feel overwhelmed by this day. We will definitely stay again."

Was very disappointed about that Had one in the bed on the last night and figured it would be a pain in the middle of the night to change rooms TV In the bedroom was broken, let staff know and nothing was done about it Tried watching football game, and TV in living room area had bad reception and kept going out Otherwise the property is beautiful and wanting to go back, but would like a room with no bugs"
