"They really need to do some updating — it was my second time here and in 2 years it just got more beat up looking and more crowded. They are also charging way way more and at $400 a night I expect a clean carpet and some more folks working at the ice cream parlor. I felt bad seeing others with small kids stand in long lines. "

"The room didn't feel dirty, per say, but the room did not come with a microwave/fridge (which wasn't advertised so that I can let slide), there was no blanket on the bed, the toilet wouldn't flush properly, and the shower felt/looked unclean. There were also no overhead lights, only lamps, so it was constantly dim in the room. The layout of the hotel was also not super intuitive, but that might just be a 'me' thing. I would not go back and would not recommend. "

"I gave a 3 for amenities because the bar was closed during our stay. We arrived late afternoon and we had to go across the street to the Mizpah to check in. We ended up having a drink at the Mizpah bar before they closed at 8pm. "
