"This home! Wow! We gave each other a high five when we walked in. The place was extremely clean. We took our shoes off at the door because it was so clean. The decorations are second to none. The accommodations are five star with all the necessities you could possibly think of readily available. We absolutely love the neighborhood. It had easy beach access, pizza restaurant, church and an ice cream shop. This home is a great place to stay while on vacation!"

"clean and spacious. the home worked well for our needs. close to our wedding venue in a nice neighborhood. the pool area was nice but unfortunately we were too busy to enjoy it for a longer time. the only thing I had negative to say is that it was put as a 4 full bathroom and one 1/2 bath. There were only 3 full bathrooms with one 1/2 bath. It was like hide & seek as I looked for the fourth one. We were still happy with the home. It had everything we wanted."

"We had 3 adults in this cute cottage. It was big enough for us. The bedroom layout was nice separating the 2 rooms. We loved being able to walk to see the ocean. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. Nice heads up on the parking spot for 38. "

"Great week in Maushop Village. This is the fourth different unit we’ve stayed in, and definitely the best location so far. Right across from the stairs to the beach, and a 2 min walk with the wagon down the path to the beach. The grassy area next door was also great for kids to play, and the road loop around the unit is quiet enough for bikes and scooters. The unit was clean and quiet, and worked well for two adults and two kids. Thanks for the 2025 Maushop beach memories!"

"This was an incredible property and exactly what we needed for our family vacation. We had family come from four different states to spend a week together. This house had room for all of us, an incredible deck where we gathered to play games, eat and drink and we even hired a professional photographer to do family photos out there!The house is exactly as the photos portrayed. Very clean and very cozy. It took us about five minutes to drive to the beach, which was never crowded or tough to park at.The kitchen was big enough that I could cook for 11 people and the dining room and bar area held enough space for everyone to sit and have breakfast together. Close enough to everything you could possibly want to do on a New England vacation.Communication with the owner was incredible… they text us to check in one of the first days we were there and I was able to text them several times throughout our stay with questions and they had a prompt response and were very agreeable and friendly.I definitely recommend this property to anyone and should we come back to this part of the country again we will definitely stay here!"
