"The condo is dated. Kitchen sink was clogged when we got there. Liner for shower was very dirty.No fan in the bathroom with shower. The unit seemed cluttered with old Cape Cod decor.Overall I think the unit needs some upgrading to be a good rental. The patio entrance to the condo seemed dirty. Not a good first impression. Need to bring own towels as the ones suppliedwe’re old and not appealing."

"We rented this property for a girls weekend/bachelorette party of 11. Check in was easy, the house was clean and well stocked with beach towels and activities. The only thing we didn’t love were the fact that many of the lights were flickering, and a really unpleasant, high pitched sound from the toilet/plumbing that happened intermittently at all hours of the day/night for our entire weekend stay, and the only way to make it stop is to flush the toilet. Unfortunately made for some very early morning wake ups which made it hard to enjoy."

"We had a group of 12 stay here in July. The location is superb. It's very quiet in the development and you are walking distance to a little marketplace with shops and a great place to eat, and a very short drive to multiple beaches and the Mashpee Commons. The house is wonderful. It's large enough to accommodate a big group and has all of the amenities one would want if you stayed in the summer (pool, hot tub, efficient air conditioning, fully stocked kitchens, etc.). The recent addition of the apartment above the garage is brand new and stunning. My family loved staying in that apartment. The host Shawn was super-responsive and very friendly. I highly recommend staying here."

"Cottage was cute. Very small room rooms. The bunkbeds made me a little nervous as they were wobbly and we had two active little kids but it was fine. Air conditioners were floor units that took up a lot of space so we just worked around them but overall the space had everything we needed. It was nice that there was a smart tv in every room. We went to the beach that was in walking distance once but given the amount of stuff we had to carry for two little kids. It was a far walk. We decided to drive where we could get much closer to the beach the other days. Had it just been my husband and I it would’ve been perfect."

"This is a cute little cottage in a nice subdivision, with access to a private though small beach. Maushop Village was a little “country clubby” for our taste, but the amenities were nice. The cottage itself is cosy but comfortably furnished. The kitchen is very small (really only one person at a time) and missing a lot of key equipment, which was disappointing. And there’s no air conditioning, although many fans. It would be tight for 4 people - fine for 2."
