Nature Retreat

Nature Retreat is located on 25 Acres of land. Surrounded by beautiful trees with a spectacular view no matter what season you visit. Vivid colors of bright yellow, orange and red leaves in the fall. Beautiful white snow in the winter. Relax and enjoy the fire place year round. Have a campfire and roast hotdogs or just listen to the crickets chirp and owls hoot. Have a quiet evening just gazing at the stars and enjoy the beauty around you.
No matter what your idea of relaxation is Nature retreat is the place for you. We are surrounded by local parks. In the heart of local attractions. Old Mans Cave, Ash Cave, Tar Hollow and Cedar Falls are just a few minutes away. Natures Retreat was designed for two guests only no kids or pets.

Clean and quaint. Hot tub in the back porch was wonderful, especially after a long night at a wedding. Overall very cozy and loved the Halloween decorations!
Arrived later than expected but happily greeted by Halloween decorations!

The cabin was so quiet! We're from the city and live in a quiet neighborhood but this cabin was silence. The nature was beautiful, the scenery was breathtaking and the hot tub was spotless and the perfect way to relax.

Awesome cabin and location

Cabin was absolutely amazing and after a long day of hiking the hot tub was a great! The setting is absolutely perfect for just relaxing.

Would have like a larger refrigerator and known beforehand what type of coffee maker to know what type of coffee to bring. Didn’t see any grocery store except Walmart in Logan where our activities were centralized to. We enjoyed the quietness of the cabin and felt very safe there! Would recommend to others.

Very secluded and nice

We really enjoyed our stay. It was close the Hocking Hills trails and the hot tub was luxury after our hiking. We never saw another person our entire stay. It was great.

Perfect cabin getaway!

My husband and I loved our weekend stay! It was in a beautiful location and the perfect fit for the two of us. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire after a long day of camping! We will for sure be back!

We found the place to be better than described. Quiet, secluded location with everything we needed for a perfect weekend away from the day-to-day noise. We want to experience the different seasons and plan on a return trip this winter.

Overall, a nice place in a good location close to the attractions. Clean, equipped and comfortable. Three minor things that would have upped our review to 5 stars - 1) The shower faucet; maddening to operate and God forbid you accidentally bump it rinsing your hair. You'll either get scalded or frozen. Needs replacement. 2) The imitation Keurig. For those who don't use K-cups, it's a PIA. A 25 5-cup Mr. Coffee with real filters, not a screen, doesn't leave silt in your cup and is easier to clean. 3) The hot tub noise in the bedroom. Beware light-sleepers! The hot tub is right outside the bedroom door. It will keep you awake unless you use earplugs. It's that loud. Other than that, we had a nice stay.

Celebrated Our 5th Anniversary!

We really enjoyed celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary in this cozy cabin! It was exactly how it was described and pictured. It made for the perfect weekend getaway in the woods and close to Hocking Hills where we enjoyed hiking trails.

Cozy Retreat

Went with my boyfriend just for a weekend away and some hiking. This was the perfect place for us. We brought dinner to cook, made smores and watched the rain storm in the hot tub. We are talking about an annual trip and we will be staying here again! Dave was great to communicate with and were even greeted by him doing yard work! Thank you for having us as guests and we will be back. Dave was great

Loved how quiet it was, cute little cabin in the woods. Had all the amenities listed. Only feedback I would say is heat didn’t seem to work properly when weather was 20 degrees, we were able to cope with the blankets. Thank you!

Definitely worth booking!

This cabin was the perfect place for my boyfriend and I to stay while visiting Hocking Hills! It was super clean and the hot tub is so nice after a long day of hiking! It’s only about 20-25 minutes away from Hocking Hills State Park too. It’s very cute, cozy, and tucked away in the woods which makes it very peaceful! There’s no service or wifi (completely fine with me!) but just something to be aware of. Overall, I would definitely recommend booking this cabin! We had such a great time :)
