THE SPACE

This is one of the most luxurious houses in South Bimini Island. It is a house that was thought out to give real comfort in an entertaining atmosphere to its guests. This is represented by its custom decor such as marble floors, cherry wood cabinets, modern appliances, nautical bar, balconies that make it possible to appreciate the beautiful ocean and surroundings, a Jacuzzi tub to release the stress of the daily life or a jet shower to relax your body at the end of a fun day.
The house fits comfortably 8 people: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 4 singles. The house also includes 3 couches for additional accommodation.
If you need an additional space, the house also has an optional 1 bedroom apartment on the first floor that accommodates 2 at a rate of $150.00 per night including clean up fee.

GUEST ACCESS

The complete house and dock is available to be enjoyed by its guests during the reserved time of the rental plan.

TRANSPORTATION

We offer assistance in air charter services from Florida to Bimini and also in ground transportation between airports, grocery stores and hotels.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

-Owners will not be on site but always available by telephone or email.
-We have a person available on the island for any help you may need.
-There is also a daily cleaning and cooking service available upon request for an additional charge.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

OVERVIEW

Our neighborhood is called Port Royal, which is an association composed of approximately 50 single family homes of people who love the ocean and everything it has to offer. Bimini has two islands: north and south Bimini, and they are very different from each other. South Bimini is a laid back island specially chosen by fisherman, divers, beach and pool lovers, sports bar and restaurants are available too. Here you can find kayak rentals, fishing, diving and snorkel charters. Beach combing on white sand beaches with crystal clear turquoise water is part of the amenities. While north Bimini has casinos, discos, clubs, bars and restaurants. Both islands are great in their own way, but in our South Bimini house you are going to find Island Charm and luxurious amenities with the privacy of your own home.

GETTING AROUND

From the airport to the house you can take a taxi for $5 per person. South Bimini is only 3 miles long. For transportation, you can either rent a gulf cart, call a taxi or walk. If you want to dive or snorkel there is a dive operation at the end of the street. There are also fishing charters available for half or full day on north and south Bimini.

Remember you are on an island, so Port Royal has no city water. Our house has a high tech 4800 gallon cistern system. But please conserve water consumption because we rely on mother's nature for rain.

- Turn off BBQ propane tank when finish cooking.

Amazing Time!

Vinnie and Erika are amazing hosts. Great tourists guides. The property was absolutely beautiful! Had the best with them and on our trip. We plan to come again and only come to their place.

First Bimini Crossing

Absolutely loved the house and all of the culture it provided. Location is wonderful. Dock, showers, outdoor grills and fish cleaning station were very convenient. Beds and furnishings are extremely comfortable. We will be staying again in the future.

Vinnie went above and beyond with everything he could! The house was very clean and spacious. We took our 37 ft boat and it was easy to navigate around the island and also easy to dock at Vinnie’s. This house is beautiful and was perfect for my family!

Amazing home to stay in.

9 adults and it was comfy for all of us. Dock held 3 25ft boats with no problem. Very quiet spot to relax but only 15 min from the north end. Definitely plan on staying here again. Vincent is a straight up guy. Took care of anyting we needed. 2 nights was not enough for us I'd suggest atleast staying 3 days to get the full experience of everything.

Vinnie's Purple House

The house is perfect for boaters, close to the blue water and the Sopona ship wreck. Plenty of room and very clean. The house is stocked well. Vinnie was great he was very attentive to all of our questions and took us around South Bimini. Epic trip and perfect place to stay, we will be back.

BEST HOUSE IN BIMINI

I've gone to Bimini at least 20 times over the last 25 years, and have stayed at practically every facility there, and I can tell you that this house is far and away the best. It has everything you would expect from any vacation home anywhere including many I have stayed at in the U.S. Great TV, great internet, great water pressure, great AC, great dock, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and great service. Take it from somebody who's taken my boat to every island in the Bahamas, it doesn't get better than this!

We cannot but praise the beautiful stay we had in that house.vinni was fabulous kind attentive and the best host you could think of.we definitely would recommend south Bimini and in particular this house to all our friends and family.we had the luck also to meet brown who spent one full day with us fishing what a treat it was .this property and these hosts far exceeded our expectations and went the full nine yards to make our stay one of the best vacation and left us with incredible memories .thanks again would certainly go back

Absolutely Perfect

This house is perfectly located and we couldn’t ask for a better house! There was plenty of room for all 8 adults. Bedrooms and bathrooms were big and comfortable. Plenty of shade to cool off after spending the day on the boat. Plenty of freezer space for bait and ice. Dock space and fish cleaning table was perfect. Big kitchen with a two big bars with plenty of seating. Need to bring bug spray and plenty of water to drink.Vinny and Erica were so helpful and attentive and we will definitely book this house again.

Perfection

What an absolute perfect place for Bimini. The house was spotless on arrival. We had 8 guests total 4 adults and 4 kiddos. Plenty of room to relax and play. The decks are massive and there are ample places to hang and relax. We brought two 28ft boats and might have been able to dock a third. Power and water at the docks along with a fish cleaning station. Vinny the host was in constant communication from the time we booked and was on site ready to show us his slice of Heaven. He provided all the local knowledge and direction for any little thing we needed and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect We will absolutely be back and would recommend this place to any of our friends.

South Bimini Perfection

I have been to Bimini several times and stayed at several places. I have to say, this house had it all. The kitchen was perfect and the AC works really well! So, after a day of outdoor activities it was great to come back and relax in the cool house. The owners stocked the house with essentials and have a great grill out back. All the utensils you need are there. Just bring or catch your food and you are ready to go. They also have a small fleet of bicycles for easy transportation around the island. We will be returning for sure.

Bimini 2015

This house is exactly what the owner said it would be. It has everything you could possibly want for a tropical island vacation. All of the furnishings were modern and very well kept. The local Bahamian family that takes care of this home was exceptional! We arrived with 3 30' Center consoles and had plenty of room at this 100' dock and with water and electricity right there. The fishing and snorkeling are literally minutes away from this secluded canal on S.Bimini Island. If you have a group of 10 people, this is your place. We will definitely be back. Thanks Vinnie for a great vacation!!!!!!!

Fabulous house, fabulous hosts!

Vinnie and Erika's house was shockingly wonderful! This is Bimini, after all, so we weren't expecting to find such a well-constructed, solidly built, beautiful and well-appointed house! Our group of 11 enjoyed staying for five days after a live-aboard dolphin-watching trip with dolphinexpeditions.com (Highly recommended!) and had plenty of room, plenty of bathrooms, and a great base for our explorations of Bimini. We really utilized the fantastic kitchen and the fleet of bicycles allowed us to explore and shop easily. Marvin took good care of us with plenty of drinking water and local knowledge, and Vinnie was attentive and always available before and during our stay. We loved every minute of our stay! Thanks Vinnie & Erika!

Awesome House, Excellent Service

This was my third time in Bimini, second on South Bimini, 1st time in Vinnie and Erika's house. Best place yet! The house is well appointed, Vinnie is available by phone at all times. His house manager checked on our needs daily. I had some engine trouble, and Vinnie was gracious and helpful to me in finding some assistance. The location on the canal is beautiful and convenient, not to mention protected. We had a severe thunderstorm blow through one morning and the boats only rocked gently. We snorkeled and fished everyday and the house was a wonderful, comfortable respite from our daily activities. We had 2 families, 8 people, and the house was never crowded feeling. I'm going back in a couple of weeks for a men's trip, and we are staying here again!

Extrodinary

My family and I have experienced Bimini in many diffrent ways, but never staying at an actual house. We found Vinny & Erika's house on this site and were taken by surprise. The house was much more impressive in person. All the anemities of the house, the closeness of the ocean, beaches, and land based sites was amazing. I can say that this will be our home away from home next time we go to Bimini. The kitchen is for the serious cook. The canal is crystal clear and acted as our own back yard pool. The house keeper was super attentive and of course Vinny was always a phone call away. We had all the luxuries as in the U.S. inculing cold A/C, WIFI, Sat TV on a huge TV, and dock side electricity. I can't write enough about this house. Its a MUST if you go to Bimini Bahamas!!!

March Stay

If you are thinking about Bimini and aren't worried about the lack of party atmosphere on South Bimini then this house is it. We have wanted to stay at this house for quite a while but never had the oppurtunity. We stayed with eight people and two boats and there was plenty of room. Vinnie was very accommodating as we booked on short notice, and he was always communicating to make sure all was well. There are 5 or 6 bikes there to use to go down to the sands, and there was a local on site when we arrived to give us the keys and show us around. Vinnie also worked with me when we had to leave early by crediting me the extra day for future use. There is a surprising amount of kitchen-ware, pots pans crockpots etc. House is amazing, and I loved that it has an outdoor shower on the dock. There is a large fillet table on the end of the dock as well. Perfect place for a crew of casual boaters, fishers, and divers. For the price and quality of the house it can't be beat!

New Years in Bimini

I couldn't agree more with all the other reviews. A group of 8 of us (all in our late 20's) took our boat from Miami to Bimini and spent four nights here over New Years. The entire trip was out of a dream. The house was great in all aspects. We brought food for all our meals and made great use of the beautiful kitchen and grill. Sleeping arrangements worked out great with two couples in the rooms and four single guys in the bunk beds. We traveled by boat everywhere, and made good use of the house bikes to explore South Bimini. We even caught a Wahoo one day and the house had everything we needed to clean it and eat it for dinner. There is a sweet surround sound setup with an aux cord which we used a lot. This has to be the nicest house on the island, and at such a great price. Seriously, the only regret I have is that we didn't stay longer. Vinnie, although we never had a chance to meet, was a great host and very helpful when planning as well as during the trip. He was quick to respond to emails and phone calls about every little question that I had. He really helped me feel comfortable bringing my friends to this house, and I got a lot of credit for finding such a great place for us to stay. This place is a no-brainer. We're already looking ahead at when we can make it back.
