1722 sq. ft. home with four bedrooms that feature a California King Memory Foam Mattress, two queen mattresses, and an air mattress in the office.

Full bath includes ceramic tub, floating sink, low-flow toilet, shower, vanity, mirror, towels, and toiletries. The half bath located by the front entrance includes a sink, toilet, mirror, and medicine cabinet.

Office grants access to an internet-enabled Windows desktop computer with webcam, print, scan, and copying capability. Ink and paper available if you need to print those event tickets!

Kitchen showcases stainless-steel appliances including a Whirlpool refrigerator, Maytag gas range oven, LG front-load washer & dryer, microwave, garbage disposal, large shelved pantry, blender, toaster oven, and plenty of utensils to cook with.

No garage parking currently.

Game room boasts a Brunswick 8' pool table, Drexel dry bar, compact refrigerator, Killerspin table tennis top, flatscreen TV, board games, dice, and poker table, chips, & cards. 8 folding chairs and two 8' folding tables are stored in the closet for your use.

Back patio entrance from the game room greets you with patio furniture, Weber charcoal grill, firepit, kayak, canoe, and fishing poles.

Smart livingroom highlights an indoor wood-burning fireplace, Samsung plasma TV, Roku 3, Amazon Echo, LIFX smart lighting, Playstation 3 with Nintendo emulator, Bose Lifestyle 5.1 surround sound system, and a Harmony Hub to make all this technology easy to use. Just say, "Echo, turn on NBC" and you're ready to watch Notre Dame Football in high-definition! Say, "Echo, turn lights green" and you'll feel like you're walking out of the tunnel into Notre Dame Stadium! An Amazon Kindle Fire tablet is provided as a smart home remote and assistant.
