"The restaurant in this hotel is extremely expensive. Also, in order to eat there, even as a patron of the hotel, for any meal, including breakfast, you have to have a reservation. None of this is explained when checking in. At least there are other places close that you can walk to. The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful, but again, paying $17.50 for a cup of coffee to go is a bit steep."

"Bathrooms are sorely outdated . Clean, but sorely outdated. Same story with the TV in the room and the AC unit. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the this resort. The rooms were clean, the food was great and the staff were very nice!! Would definitely come back!! "

"Under full construction, very loud at 7AM - 3PM. No parking, had a rental truck they wouldn’t allow in the parkade. Elevator broke down rattled down 3 floors and had to call maintenance company to get us out after 35 minutes. Missed our ride to airport because of it. "

"Tv never worked after two requests to fix it. Restaurant and bar was not open for lunch or drinks until 4:30. Jets on jacuzzi didn’t work. "

"Love the location-can’t beat being right on the best beach in San Diego. We enjoyed the courtyard and fire pits every night. Only bummer was the pool and hot tub renovation, as that is a great amenity that we didn’t have this trip. But we’ll be back!"

"I was scheduled March 19-23, I understand it was in the middle of spring break but I have traveled here during this time and I have never had issues. First, children were screaming up and down to hallways beginning at 11;00pm until about 11:30pm. Secondlly, adults were arguing and screaming at each other deep into height bot ends of my hallways. I tried to reach the front desk but I was kept on hold for more that 20 until I gave up waiting. Lastly, men were being being spoken to in order to break them off the pool during a scuffle it all took place near my eindir while I sss run to enjoy dir free runs. "
