Breakfast wasn’t fresh, the smallest elevators that you can imagine with one of them broken.
Beach full of seaweed, no cleaned up.
So loud because it’s by the street.
45 minutes to check in.

"I booked a four night stay at Hotel Cesar Hotel. On the positive side the room was clean and the wifi connection was very good. The breakfast was tasteless and plastic the cook had made no effort whatsoever. We stayed on the fourth floor the room comfort and neighbourhood were shattered by the loud music from the 6th Floor "Zanzibur Diner" and ground floor Casino. The music started late and carried on in the early hours of the morning 3 am. It was like trying to sleep in the middle of a night...

Although it might feel a bit dated in some places, the rooms and common areas are clean and well looked after. The private grounds are picturesque and have a lot of entertainment to offer.
