"we had a bad experience in our room we paid 3 night we never spend a night their the hotel still need a lot work rooms outdated for the price ac smells bad i lost all the money i paid i never enjoyed a day in that city i had to leave same day since no other hotel was available hotel staff are very nice this new management they trying hard to bring the place up to standard but still need a lot work "

"The property is quaint and clean, as it is a newer facility. The staff is young and eager, so I tipped everyone GENEROUSLY. While they are listed on Expedia, they do not accept payment through Expedia and do not honor the prices. Check-in was eventful, as they insisted they did not receive payment via Expedia. I paid AGAIN and worked with Expedia for a refund. The hotel did not honor that I paid for the breakfast option, calling me at 1:30 am to advise I did not have that option.

"First time in Agadir and first time in Morocco. Had an absolutely wonderful time at the Sofitel. All the staff were very polite and helpful. The pool area is beautiful, and the hotel has its own beach area looking out onto the promenade with a sea view. The nearest shops and other restaurants are a bit or a walk but you don’t really need to leave the hotel. Souk El Had was a 50MAD taxi ride away. There was lots of options at the breakfast buffet- I’m missing the fresh bread! Would definitely stay again for a relaxing holiday."

The hospitality is rigid with breakfast starting at 8:00am (not earlier) and dinner is only served between 7:30-9:30pm with 24 hour notice required for many menu items. This should be communicated upon booking as we were expecting a meal before we left for our morning flight and would have booked elsewhere for the price."
