"Absolutely shocking. Arrived at 7.20pm. Check in was between 5-8pm. No sign of anyone. Phoned both phone numbers and messaged via hotel.com - no answer from property. Waited there for an hour. We were extremely tired after leaving the UK at 7am!!! Had to find another hotel at ann extra cost. Eventually arrived around 9pm. Hotel owner phoned me at 10.38pm, waking us up, to ask where we were and apologise! What a joke. A formal complaint has been made to hotel.con who were extremely helpful...

"A nice hotel in a very central and convenient location in the town. There was a fridge and kettle, but you had to put it on the floor to plug it in as there was no other socket (needs an extension). There was only one small cup, two glasses but one was dirty, no spoons, and no tea, coffee or sugar etc. Not very welcoming. The luggage rack was broken. "Good size room (twin). Nothing spectacular, but nice and clean enough. The bed was comfortable. Had a fan and Aircon. So easily able to make it comfortable. Excellent shower. Didn't have breakfast. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Was able to park despite arriving late. The staff evidently try hard. Carpets in common areas have evidence of heavy use, but that's just a fact of life in a busy city centre hotel."

Comfortable quadruple room with proper beds for all made this perfect for us and our teenagers to break the drive up from Bavaria."
