I have emailed the hotel and they say they haven't received a payment before. They told me to send a proof of payment, which I did. I sent them a detailed receipt but they said it wasn't enough. "Excellent hotel! Aside from the very dirty exterior which makes the place look as though it has burnt down recently, the inside is absolutely fine, with light corridors, friendly staff and good sized clean bedrooms and ensuite. I didn't have breakfast though for €6 approximately, the price seems good from what I saw. The bedroom contained a heating/AC system, a TV, Clothes hangars, duel bed side tables with ample lighting and a desk and chair. In the bathroom, shampoo was provided as well as towels. The water pressure was decent and hot water was always available. I arrived on a bicycle and they had a secure inside office to store it in. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the checkout time was a comfortable 12:00. Would recommend 100%"
