"The hotel doesn’t have direct access for Uber to drop you off so instead you get dropped off on the sidewalk and you have to haul your luggage down an alleyway/walkway that leads to the hotel. Not ideal if you have lots of luggage with you. The hotel looked clean. Staff was friendly. Location looked good on map, but still too far to walk to Rue Sainte-Catherine in hot weather so overall not the most walkable. Uber prices were ridiculous $30 one morning to get less than a mile to our wine tour meet up spot. On our second night, there was a significant leak from the AC which wet the carpet right next to the bed. It was a hassle to pack and move rooms when checkout was the next day and the leak was discovered when we are about to take a nap which we weren’t able to do any longer as we waited for maintenance and then approval to switch rooms along with packing and then unpacking. The room we were moved to was a downgrade as it was handicap accessible even though we are not handicap. This meant water when showering got the entireeee bathroom floor wet. The sink was right next to the shower handles and absolutely no where to hang out towels or place toiletries… just a completely weird set up. Bed wasn’t super comfortable, definitely more on the firm side which we didn’t expect for this hotel chain. Rooftop restaurant was good overall with a nice view. The steak with veggies and pork belly dishes were good. The charcuterie board not so much. Service was extremelyyy slow."
