The property is located about 1 km from the sea and can accommodate up to 7 people. It has two double bedrooms, comfortably furnished and equipped with wardrobes and chests of drawers for storing your personal belongings. The bathroom has a shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, oven and all the utensils needed to prepare meals. The large living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day spent at the beach or around the city.
The house also has a spacious veranda, furnished with a dining area and a barbecue, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors or spending evenings in the company of friends or family. The surrounding garden offers a green area where children can play and adults can relax.
